Scott Lawrence was an American actor best known for playing a Naval lawyer on the popular TV procedural "JAG" (CBS, 2001-05). Born September 27, 1963 in Los Angeles, CA, Lawrence made his acting debut in an episode of "L.A. Law" (NBC, 1986-1994) in which he played a perp defended by James Earl Jones. He then moved on to a small role on Candice Bergen's sitcom "Murphy Brown" (CBS, 1988-1998), before making his film debut alongside Lou Diamond Phillips and Mykelti Williamson in the crime and horror thriller "The First Power" (1990). Lawrence was a familiar face in movies throughout the nineties, enjoying supporting roles in such films as Jean-Claude Van Damme sci-fi action vehicle "Timecop" (1994), Ray Liotta airplane thriller "Turbulence" (1997), and Howard Stern autobiography "Private Parts" (1997). Lawrence also provided the voice of Darth Vader in LucasArts Entertainment Company's series of "Star Wars" (1977) video games, starting in the mid '90s, until "Star Wars: Empire at War" (2006), after which he was replaced by Matt Sloan.
