  • Movie should have been a theater release

I have been looking for this movie a long time. It is one of the best Jack the Ripper movies I have ever seen. It was just too good for a tv mini series, it should have been a full length movie released to the cinemas. Michael Caine was magnificent as always. I hope thie will eventually be made into a dvd so I can purchase it.

I believe this movie aired on CBS, my mother recorded it on VHS. I wish I knew where the tape was, because even though I was only 13, I loved the movie. I took some of the vagueness from the story. I loved Michael Caine in it. I want this fory collection very badly. It was superb and surprised that more people aren't asking for it.

  • Best ripper movie ever!

This movie has been shown on CTV in Canada, and recently on TCM, but is not available to purchase. Pity! I felt that this is probably the best rendered story that has been produced, giving a very real suspect.

Although I have never been a Michael Caine fan , I thought he was excellent in this movie. I would love to own it on DVD if ever available. I do so much hope that it will be available one day. I will certainly be checking back with you to find out. I would like both Part 1 and Part 2 both.
