Abbott and Costello made several really good films, this is one of them---then there was "Who Done It" and "Times Of There Lives" and of course They meet Frankenstein. The reason there good is because both adults and children can enjoy them together and all are written scripts instead of there routines used over and over again.

Hold that Ghost is such a wonderful movie, capturing the hilarity of Abbott and Costello. But what I love most of all, is that it's family friendly and great to watch if it happens to be a "dark and stormy night" at your house!Great fun. It's unfortunate there are a few racial stereotypes in this movie. It was accepted in the 30's. Overall, it's a charming comedy and Joan Davis rocks! Her comedic timing is unmatched today.
